OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER
Working with the Operations Manager, you will
spearhead the overall growth and development of operations as
a productive bulwark for our Town’s infrastructure. You
will also provide leadership to all aspects of our open spaces,
resource recovery and transportation business centres including
short and long-term planning and daily operations to, ensure
the optimization of physical, financial, and human resources.
We are looking for a degree in business/general management plus
at least 8 years of directly related experience, 5 of those years
having particular hands-on experience supervising in a public works
environment. CET or an engineering designation and eligibility
for APEGGA membership are definite assets. Proven effective management,
team building, leadership and supervisory strengths with a commitment
to continual improvements are essential. Familiarity with provincial
legislation and provincial statutes are needed. The incumbent must
be able to communicate well, both orally and in writing, to a variety
of audiences.
Salary Range: $80K – $88K annually,
plus a comprehensive benefits package.
